REALTOR® Load (ADT) fee $20 plus tax in 2016

BC government raises the Home Owner Grant threshold
On January 5, the government announced that anyone who owns a home valued at up to $1.2 million may be able to receive a full home owner grant. A partial grant may be available for homes valued above this new threshold.
