REALTOR® Load (ADT) fee $20 plus tax in 2016
As of January 1, the fee to upload a listing through REALTOR® Load (ADT) has reverted to the original price of $20 plus tax. If you missed the first announcement, click here.

Tip: You can also submit a Greater Vancouver area listing through REALTOR® Load (ADT). The procedures are the same – the listing will be uploaded into a "For Approval" status, then your office will email the supporting contract to REBGV staff who will review the listing before it's "activated."
