Strong governance has always been the backbone of this organization. As a member-led association, we are accountable to our REALTORS®, to the communities in which we live and work, and to the public we serve. We hold ourselves to clear ethical standards, transparent decision-making, and policies that protect both consumers and our profession.

Innovation is also part of our identity—from pioneering MLS systems to modern digital and AI tools that foster trust and elevate capabilities. We actively collaborate with governments, industry partners, and researchers because real estate is part of a larger housing ecosystem.
