Self-Directed learning is optional, allowing you to be recognized for learning that has not been accredited but enhances your professional practice to meet your individual needs.
This form is to be used to provide the Education Department with details of your Self-Directed learning activity. The learning activity must be a minimum of one hour in duration and must be auditable and verifiable. Under the updated requirements, the total hours have increased to 21 hours per two-year cycle. To meet these new requirements, REALTORS® must complete 12 PDP hours of accredited learning and nine PDP hours of either self-directed or additional accredited learning per cycle.
The Education Department will review your submission as soon as possible and will contact you to provide the results of their review.
Submissions must be sent within one month of the Course Date.

PLEASE NOTE: Any courses required by the British Columbia Financial Services Authority for relicensing, ie. Legal Update, Anti-Money Laundering, Ethics for the Real Estate Professional, do not qualify and cannot be submitted for Self-Directed PDP Hours.
