FVREB eMemo: Medallion Reports: Individual, Team, Commercial & Top Office reports not available

It has come to our attention that Board-wide Medallion reports with the standings and rankings for Individuals, Teams, Commercial and Top Offices were available via a public web search through Google.
These Medallion reports contain information that should only be accessible to members, not the public. Therefore, we have removed the reports from their current location and they will not be accessible, even to members online through REALTOR Link.
Note, that only the Board-wide reports were accessible. All other information is secure and was not accessed.
Members still have full access to check their own personal Medallion statistics by logging into the Member Portal on REALTOR Link, selecting Medallion > My Statistics > Current Year. Your personal Medallion statistics and transaction details remain fully accessible, including the option to review last year's transactions.
